WorldVentures, a dynamic, global, member-based travel company, which utilizes network marketing as its main sales channel and is dedicated to service through the WorldVentures Foundation, is currently looking for an Account Manager to join the Global Marketing (GM) team within the Plano headquarters. The Agency Account Manager ensures that the GM team makes extraordinary things happen for the internal business partners (clients) we serve by collaborating to develop strategies aimed to help them accomplish their product, program and/or campaign goals, and communicate these initiatives via creative briefs. This position will also carry out standard operating procedures to communicate any changes to existing materials, or basic work orders, to the Traffic department for a smooth running flow of work in and out of the MarCom, Creative Services and Video function areas at WorldVentures. More specifically the Account Manager will immerse themselves in the assigned areas to gain a better understanding of innovative brand marketing and campaigns in the industries we serve and to determine how competitive MLM corporations support their employees to build strong, loyal organizations. The Account Manager will also serve as a strategic consultant to the client teams and become an extension of their business and a trusted advisor. In the process of serving in this role, the Account Manager is responsible for maximizing our corporate brands and achieving measurable marketing, communications and creative results from dynamic, integrated campaigns to one-off solutions while working with internal and external clients. The Account Manager will have a keen understanding of our core audiences—Representatives in the field at various rank levels as well as our members (customers) and corporate employees.
The successful candidate will be a key member in WorldVentures’ corporate internal Global Marketing agency based in our Plano, TX office and will report directly to the Director, Global Marketing Operations.
The WorldVentures Account Manager collaborates with the Global Sales, Events and Recognition teams as well as cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solid strategy and planning and execute best in class marketing materials. Included in this planning is a well-defined timeline for launching the initiatives that works cross-line with other internal initiatives to achieve a holistic approach. This includes working with the necessary stakeholders to execute and effectively meet each partner’s goals and objectives and continually work toward achieving industry gold standards in travel, as well as membership and MLM products.
