    The Events Manager will Plan, develop and manags marketing events (e.g., trade shows, conventions, sales meetings) for internal and/or external clients.  Will Coordinate customer invitation solicitations, advanced and onsite registration, and post-event follow-up and evaluations Will also researche available venues and recommends event sites; investigates, selects, negotiates and manages services with vendors including catering and event support. Finally, will Prepare budgets and forecasts, and compiles summaries of total event costs, cost-per-contact, audience profiles, and attendees' comments


    • Manage all aspects of the contract review and approval process for events and recognition programs and projects.
    • Evaluate process and propose new ideas to help streamline processes. Relationship management of key internal executives and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, legal reviews and signatures are obtained by deadlines; including management of contract budgets.
    • Manage and maintain process of communication accurate, complete and timely event information on the Events Website including timing of Call-to Actions for future events logistics information, hotel, dates, ticket prices, etc.
    • Work in collaboration with Director of Training, Production Crew and co-workers specifics and schedule.
    • Primary liaison with Ambassador-Lead on the planning, development and successful execution of the Ambassador program for every major event.
    • Works in collaboration to determine their needs and help deliver on objectives.


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
    • Must be highly detailed minded with strong organizational skills set and ability to multi-task under pressure.
    • Must possess high level of professionalism and strong personal and communication skills sets with ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy regardless of the situation or activity-based stress.
    • Must have entry level supervisory experience.
    • Domestic and international overnight travel required 30 of work time.
