    The Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for all aspects of the financial reporting both internal and external. The position will perform technical accounting research related to new and proposed accounting standards and debt covenant requirements. The Financial Reporting Analyst also supports and assists with the implementation, maintenance and review of internal controls and corporate policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    • Preparation and accurate reporting of periodic reports
    • Responsible for monitoring, collaborating and maximizing compliance in the monthly worldwide financial close process and consolidation of the financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
    • Writes, implements, and ensures effective and practical implementation of corporate policies..
    • Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.
    • Coordinates, directs, plans and executes the financial reporting component of the external audit.
    • Conducts, supports and assists with the internal audit function and the initial implementation and ongoing debt covenant requirements.
    • Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
    • Supporting month end close.
    • Prepare financial materials needed for periodic accounting and business reviews.
    • Lead preparation of materials for monthly results review with internal finance team

    Qualifications

    • Extensive knowledge of Financial Reporting (US & Global), internal control processes, and Reporting.
    • Strong foreign exchange, International accounting and Inter-company experience.
    • Ability to stay knowledgeable about, research, reach well-reasoned conclusions, and document technical accounting issues.
    • Strategic thinking and project leadership experience with an emphasis on relationship management and communication at all levels within an organization.
    • Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines.
    • Proven ability to perform under pressure and stress and to adjust plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

    Education/Experience Required:

    • 5+ years of expereince
    • Bachelor degree in accounting required.
    • Experience with internal and external financial reporting.
    • Internal controls experience.
    • Debt covenant reporting experience will be a plus.
    • CPA will be a plus
