    The  Sr. .Net Developer/Team Lead will work enterprise-level middle-tier and backend mobile app solutions. The individual in this role will have had experience in designing a robust and scalable service layer to power company wide applications.  This may also include in part the utilization of procured source code including evaluating, customizing and extending it.  The ideal developer is not only able to create scalable and streamlined solutions but will also lead and mentor onshore and off shore developers, ensure code delivery timelines, and participate in code review.


    • Provide hands-on technical leadership and expertise on systems architecture, application integration and development initiatives, transforming business requirements into actionable technical specification and crafting appropriate, cost-effective, and logical solutions.
    • Responsible for solution scoping, estimation, planning and oversight of architecture, development, integration and implementation of projects including evaluation of external products and services as part of architecture and product selection lifecycle.
    • Coordinates with Technology Governance to ensure that architecture solutions follow best practices, internal standards, and are developed pragmatically. Supports contributors in execution and delivery of architecture tasks.
    • Proven track record of meeting aggressive schedules; clearly define deliverables and timetables, with demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities in complex environments and manage teams to successful project completion.


    • 8+ years applications development experience with at least 3+ recent years focused on mid and back of the stack development in a hands-on capacity.
    • 3+ years leading production teams of onshore and offshore resources
    • C# .NET 
    • Experience with MVC preferred (experience with Angular JS a plus)
    • Proficient with Data Access Layer
    • Proficient with Microsoft SQL server
    • Experience with WCF service creation and utilization;
    • SOA experience with an enterprise solution highly desirable (such as MuleSoft or Oracle SOA for examples)
    • Knows caching technologies 
    • Message bus experience is a plus
    • Document based NOSQL experience (Couchbase experience a plus)
    • Key Value based NOSQL experience (Redis experience a plus)
    • Test driven development experience
    • Amazon web services experience
    • Familiarity with agile based development processes
    • Practical experience with continuous integration tools such as TeamCity, TFS or Jenkins
    • Source control system experience should include one of the following:  GitLab, GitHub, TFS (You should know how to create, delete, merge branches as well as create pull requests etc.
