    The successful candidate will be a fast-paced, high-performing team member that will provide administrative support to the SVP of International Sales. This candidate will be flexible, have solid judgment and a strong ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines. Must have high attention to detail and be a self-starter.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for providing the support necessary to ensure, maintain and improve effective functioning of the International Sales leaders
    • Provides secretarial and clerical support to overall International Sales leaders.
    • Creation of attractive and effective PowerPoint presentations.
    • Maintaining and prioritization of email inbox.
    • Manage Executive's daily calendar to ensure the efficient use of time and minimize distractions.
    • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner.
    • Maintaining accurate documentation and filing systems.
    • Preparing executive expense reports on a regular basis.
    • Coordiantion of domestic and international travel
    • As necessary, providing backup for other team members in an administrative capacity.
    • Assists team in developing and preparing communications using MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
    • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
    • Assists in use and scheduling of web-meetings using web conference technologies.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
    • 5+ years' experience supporting executive level management in a corporate environment.
    • Exceptional PowerPoint/Keynote presentation skills
    • Strong MS Office skills including SharePoint
    • Bilingual a plus.
    • Experience coordinating and liaising with globally distributed teams.
    • Great attention to detail.
    • Multi-task oriented professional with ability to work in a fast paced environment and interact with all levels of personnel.
    • Previous experience working in an international setting is highly desirable.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Positive and professional demeanor.
    • Willingness to learn.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
