WorldVentures, a dynamic, global, fast growing member based travel company, is currently sourcing for a temporary Customer Service Coordinator to be based in our Plano, Texas headquarters. This is a 90 day temporary role that will work directly with established merchant partners to complete enrollment and configuration in our rewards program. This is NOT a sales or solicitation role
• Completing the onboarding process of merchants in the sales funnel
• Close merchant partner deals by coordinating requirements and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Provide feedback to your manager on the existing onboarding process and challenges the merchants are experiencing so we can fine-tune the process.
● Responsible for relationship building and account management of membership product merchants
