    Position Overview:

    Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus. Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers. Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account. May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies. Responsibilities are within the Account/Relationship Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.


    • Maximize corporate brands and achieves measurable marketing results by working with internal clients and marketing team members to create and execute integrated marketing communications plans for clients.
    • Managing multichannel programs that include publicity, events, sponsorships, email marketing and social media.
    • Deliver solid strategy and planning from writing marketing communications and PR plans to developing new business proposals.
    • Responsible for implementing plans, including developing budgets and timelines, providing regular client communication and reporting, and working with other stakeholders to execute effective strategies.
    • Manages assigned accounts, keeping internal clients informed of account direction and ensuring projects move forward.
    • Actively identifies and develops new marketing opportunities for internal clients.
    • Writes creative briefs for clients' marketing initiatives, press releases, backgrounders, feature articles, brochure and website copy as needed.
    • Develop media lists and opportunity calendars in key markets.
    • Coordinates project timing and budgets with all relevant stakeholders and provides internal clients with timeline and budget updates.
    • Reviews and approves creative collateral and copy to ensure they're in line with client expectations.
    • Defines KPIs and provides client reporting and results analysis.


    • Bachelor's degree in business, sales or related field.
    • 7+ years experience in account management
    • Experience in an MLM company, or travel-related brand experience is preferred.
    • Must have marketing agency experience, digital focus is a plus but not absolutely necessary.
    • 1-2 years people management experience
    • Understanding of campaign strategy and proficiency in putting together a marketing plan at the campaign/product level. Channels could include email/native app/social/event materials/etc.
    • Experience working with (internal) clients to understand their objectives and recommend a marketing plan to achieve their goals, complete the creative brief and manage the execution of all campaign assets.
