Provide administrative support to the executive team. Manage the department needs to assure that department infrastructure needs are met. Participate in the planning and coordination of meetings. Manage Executive's daily calendar to ensure the efficient use of time and minimize distractions. Ensure all requests requiring the Executive's approval or signature have the necessary supporting documentation and approvals. Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail. � 5+ years of administrative support experience� Excellent knowledge of MS Office� Bachelor�s degree preferred or equivalent work experience � Excellent written and verbal communication skills� Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload� Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality� Strong organizational skills and ability to manage constantly changing priorities
