    The Sr. Solutions Analyst will collaborate with business owners and function as an Agile Product Owner to lead a team of highly skilled Developers, QA and DevOps engineers.  This integral role will assist with all aspects of  product planning, resource allocation, progress reporting, and delivery management within the Agile methodology framework.  The ideal candidate must understand the art and science of blending business needs and technical delivery.



    • Collaborate with business owners to understand vision and strategy roadmap. Liaison with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and timeline expectations are clearly understood; manage conflicts as needed.
    • Manage large scale complex products, programs and projects individually in coordination with business, technology and the solutions management team.
    • Create product value stream dashboards and reporting including value stream view, product status, resource allocation/forecasting, impact assessments and prioritization.
    • Produce and maintain executive product solution updates, status, metrics, and feature roadmap
    • Facilitate collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to define epic level business requirements and valued product features.
    • Works closely with business, technology, and the solutions management team to manage solution enhancement requests & expectations, ensure timelines & deliverables are understood & executed.
    • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement a solutions management process and product tracking discipline. Create and manage the processes that govern solution requests, business case development, project selection and prioritization.
    • Conduct executive solution request and prioritization sessions and ensure decisions are committed to and communicated across the organization.
      Oversee product costs, monitor progress and report changes to stakeholders in a timely manner.
    • Lead all aspects of a product from initiation to completion including stakeholder interface, product planning, requirements gathering, technical & functional documentation, issue tracking & resolution, lifecycle testing, full product execution- tracking, reporting, rollout, interface with other business departments, and formalized product closure (e.g.: lessons learned).
    • Define best practices, innovate on processes, and evangelize across the team and organization.
    • Provide guidance to the solutions management team that researches, analyzes, and documents business requirements (product backlog, user stories, and communication) for critical projects and programs.
    • Evaluates evolving business requirements and recommends alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred, or equivalent education and/or experience maybe substituted for minimum education requirement.
    • Excellent Project Management and prioritization skills
    • 7+ years of progressively complex experience in Product Management and Product Development.
    • Travel or Multi-level marketing experience
    • Experience in Requirements development and ownership, Product Lifecycle Management and Brand management.
    • Experience in creating, maintaining, and communication Product Road Maps.
    • Demonstrated success defining, launching, and growing excellent products in new and established markets.
    • Experience working with a technology group in large, complex product development.
    • Excellent teamwork and negotiation skills with proven success in influencing cross-functional teams.
    • Strong convictions to withstand pressure from numerous opinionated stakeholders.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Excellent presentation skills.
