The Customer Service Representative provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or e-mail in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards. He/She processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination. In addition, this individual troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints.
Bilingual agents will be responsible for taking calls in both English and at least one additional language. In addition to English, we are seeking the following:
African languages, Cantonese, Dutch, East European languages, French, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Korean, Malay, Mandarin, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Swedish, or Thai.
Call center hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8am – 8pm. New employees will be subject to 4-5 weeks of training M-F 8am-5pm. After training, schedules will be determined by management based on business needs.
