    The Solutions Analyst will be a critical member of the Global Sales team as they focus efforts on global expansion, global sales, global events, and sales technology.  The Solutions Analyst will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to understand business needs, define and document business requirements, and assist in the implementation of these requirements. This role will directly support solutions managers and be responsible for several products and initiatives simultaneously.


    • Act as a liaison between the cross functional teams including, but not limited to: finance, marketing, communications, legal, and technology.
    • Evaluate evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions, alternatives and/or enhancements to current products and strategies.
    • Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional business stakeholders to define epics, user stories, and valued product features
    • Work closely with cross functional teams across the organization to bring alignment on vision, strategy, objectives, and requirements
    • Collaborate recommendations to implement enhancements or improvements to multiple product(s)
    • Discover, create, and refine business requirements (user stories) and other documentation in relation to the product backlog to bring alignment and visibility to all stakeholders.
    • Schedule and coordinate user story refinement sessions with cross functional business stakeholders so that stories can be presented to the teams for delivery
    • Approve work items that meet the user story acceptance criteria of a work item
    • Coordinate reviews with stakeholders to ensure requirements and stakeholder expectations are met.
    • Provide regular and timely status updates to management as needed to ensure products are meeting expectations


    • 5+ years experience in the functional areas of business analysis, product development/ownership, solutions development, delivery management.
    • 2+ years in international business operations
    • MLM/Direct sales experience highly desired but not required
    • Bachelor’s degree in business focused major preferred OR equivalent work experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Experience in dealing with enterprise-scalable multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams.
    • Strong analytical, management, and remote collaboration skills are a must
    • Ability to effectively conduct technical discussions directly with Project/Product management, and clients.
    • Excellent team collaboration skills.
    • Strong relationship building and maintaining skills. Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients
