    The Regional Director develops, plans, designs, maintains and implements policies and programs that enhance the organization's strategy, relations with the community, the public, government and regulatory authorities, shareholders and employees.

    Responsibilities

    • Market responsibilities are sub region of South West Europe: the Mediterranean and France
    • Support and assist EMEA Sales Leadership, our Representatives and the Regional VP Sales EMEA, with the development of sub regional and country strategies and contribute to sub regional growth through identification, shaping and qualification of business development opportunities.
    • Provide situational reports to EMEA Sales Leadership. Continually assessing the market and competitive landscape.
    • Coordinate with teams and field to ensure alignment with company strategy, use of common resources, and a knowledge of activities in the region.
    • Plan and attend (sub)regional, national and local trainings and events for our members and representatives
    • Daily close contact with key Sales leaders to understand needs, propose and action roadmap to fulfill  these needs
    • Maintain regular contact with USA headquarters.
    • Actively lead and participate in strategy development for region.
    • Recruit, train, coach, develop, and motivate staff with a high standard of excellence.
    • 50% travel within the subregion and to our EMEA headquarters in Amsterdam, The Netherlands

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years’ of management experience in international companies, working in international setting
    • 5+ years' of sales & marketing team management within the Direct Sales/Social Commerce industry.
    • Strong connector, people’s person who loves to closely connect and build strong work relationships
    • Successful track record of new product planning, launch and promotional strategy, brand management & PR, sales tools development, sales events, education / training planning and implementation.
    • Strong in strategy planning, analytical and managerial skills.
    • Market/Business development experience.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently with limited supervision.
    • Bachelor’s or Master degree.
    • Knowledge of foreign languages and cultures: French and English are a must, Spanish, Italian, Greek and/or Portuguese is preferred.
    • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
