    The Country Manager develops, plans, designs, maintains and implements policies and programs that enhance the organization's strategy, relations with the community, the public, government and regulatory authorities, shareholders and employees.


    • Support and assist VP of Global Sales & Business Development and Sr. Director of Operations at Corporate HQ, regional Director of Sales & Marketing and regional Director of Sales & Marketing, with the development of country strategy and contribute to country's growth through identification, shaping and qualification of business development opportunities
    • Provide situational reports to International Sales Leadership. Continually assessing the market and competitive landscape.
    • Coordinate with teams and field to ensure alignment with company strategy, use of common resources, and a general knowledge of activities in the region.
    • Plan and attend business opportunity meetings with field.
    • Maintain regular contact with USA and field leaders which affect the region.
    • Actively lead and participate in strategy development and execution for region.


    • 7+ years' of management experience in international companies
    • 7+ years' of regional sales & marketing experience within the MLM industry required
    • Successfully managed regional teams including office staff.
    • Proven ability to conduct new product planning, launching and promotions, brand management, sales events, training and meeting planning and implementation.
    • Strong in strategy planning, analytical and managerial skills.
    • Market development experience.
    • Previous experience working in an international setting.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
    • Confidence interfacing with all levels of internal and external contacts.
    • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
    • Must have dual fluency in Portuguese and English
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
